President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer of MLSListings, Dave is responsible for collaborating with the Board of Directors to establish the company’s aggressive strategic plan and leading the organization in its execution.
David is a veteran Silicon Valley software and technology executive. Prior to joining the MLSListings leadership team, David made his mark with companies such as IBM, Siemens, and Cisco Systems, in positions spanning Product Management, Marketing, Software Architecture, and Software Development.
David began his career in software development, quickly expanding to managing large engineering teams across three different countries. Leveraging the increased exposure to customers and their business plans, he then moved into technical marketing, where he made great strides in helping sales teams close business faster. During his tenure at Cisco, David held many senior roles, including managing Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and Product Management teams. In one of his positions, he was responsible for implementing the Cloud architecture and software that was used to deliver Cisco services to customers globally.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a Masters in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University. Most recently, David added the prestigious CMLX3 (Certified Multiple Listings Expert) designation, which is the most comprehensive MLS industry leadership program ever offered and is reserved for those ready to make a lasting contribution to the marketplace.
Vice President of Operations
Leann Connell is the Vice President of Operations for MLSListings. Leann brings more than two decades of credentialed experience in the areas of U.S. and International benefits plans, compensation plan development, employee relations, merger and acquisition integration, compliance and training to MLSListings.
During her career, Leann has implemented new salary structures, state of the art payroll software integrations, and developed HR policies and procedures for Compass Components, a systems, designs and engineering service company, a partner to the Fortune 500.
Leann has also served as the Director of HR for an international start up leading employee policy and compliance efforts. She has designed training programs to support and enhance staff professional development, and is an experienced guide in leading organizational cultural change and employee engagement. Leann has authored and launched policies and training for employee compliance in Harassment and Workplace Violence mitigation.
Leann handled all worldwide contractor compliance, sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding for Chordiant Software company. She has also built training programs in the technology, county government and the healthcare fields.
Leann most recently served as the head of HR for MDC, a world leader in Vacuum and Ceramic Seal Solutions and leading manufacturer of engineered process solutions in HV & UHV Vacuum, ceramic-to-metal bonding and gas delivery. While at MDC, Leann was responsible for all HR functions for three U.S. sites and an international site in England. She also developed a corporate succession plan, created their SOP for HRIS systems and built their compensation plan.
An experienced HR team leader and investigator, Leann is also Myers Briggs Certified.
Leann holds a B.S. in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University
She is also certified Senior Professional Human Resources, a Senior Certified Professional, Society of Human Resources Management and a Certified Executive Coach.
Senior Director of Technology
Olga Ermolin is an accomplished technology and data executive with over two decades of experience leading teams and driving innovation across the real estate and tech industries. As Senior Director of Technology at MLSListings, she oversees strategic technology initiatives, creation of tools and services for MLSListings’ subscribers, standards adoption, and advanced analytics development across one of California’s largest MLS platforms.
Before joining MLSListings in 2004, Olga held software engineering roles in the dot-com, ERP and financial services sectors, where she built scalable systems and developed a strong foundation in application architecture and data infrastructure.
At MLSListings, she has led major multi-stakeholder initiatives, including implementation of the NorCal Data Share and many of the nation’s first standards adoption such as Data Dictionary, Web API and large-scale deployments of the Universal Property Identifier (UPI) ensuring crossing regional data transparency, quality and scalability.
A forward-thinking leader, Olga drives the use of predictive analytics and machine learning to power business intelligence tools that surface market insights and subscriber behavior trends. She is recognized for building high-performing engineering and product teams, and for aligning technical execution with long-term strategic vision.
A regular Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) speaker, Olga contributes to multiple RESO workgroups, bringing hands-on leadership to issues of data interoperability, transport, and metadata governance. Olga is known for her collaborative, standards-first mindset, and for translating complex data challenges into innovative, practical solutions that strengthen the MLS ecosystem.
She holds a B.A. in Mathematics, cum laude, from California State University, Sacramento, Micro Masters in Managing IT from Indiana University and actively pursues continuing education in data science, machine learning, and AI through programs at UC Santa Cruz and Stanford Continuous Education.
