RHONDA WILLIAMS, originally from New Orleans, Rhonda Williams started her real estate career on the Monterey Peninsula in 1972. She has worked every aspect of the business from sales, exchanges, brokerage, development, resort development, building design, construction and the permit process. A pioneer in real estate exchange in the 1970’s, Rhonda went on to being among the top producers in residential sales in Carmel, most of her clientele coming from referrals. Believing that giving is the greatest gift, Rhonda takes pleasure in all the lives of family, friends and clients she has helped in enhancing their lifestyles through real estate choices.

JUDY TOLLNER, originally from Michigan and Texas, moved to Carmel in 1992. After raising her children and volunteering and chairing events at their respective schools, Santa Catalina, Chartwell and Stevenson, Judy successfully began selling residential real estate in 2008. She is passionate about representing her clients, being knowledgeable about the local market, and instinctively brings many qualities to each transaction that has served her clients well. A successful negotiator and detail oriented, Judy believes that all real estate transactions should be an enjoyable experience, and provides her clients the absolute best in her unique way.
