My journey to real estate is anything but ordinary. A proud graduate of Pacific Grove High School, I went on to earn my Journeyman certification through the Sheet Metal Workers Union trade school at Foothill College. I spent 14 years in the union, advancing from apprentice to foreman, before obtaining my Contractor's license in 2010 and founding All Seasons Heating & Cooling. For 16 years, I've run my own HVAC contracting business—giving me an insider's perspective on what makes a house truly function, and what to watch for.

Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, I've called this stunning coastline home for 50 years—and Pacific Grove specifically since 2004, when my wife and I purchased our family home. After 27 years together and 22 years of marriage, we've built deep roots in a community we truly love. When I'm not helping clients navigate the Peninsula's real estate market, you'll find me on the golf course, competing in the Monterey dart league, playing bocce ball with friends, or out hunting. My favorite moments are walking our iconic coastline at sunrise or sunset, or cruising Highway 1 to Big Sur in my convertible—a constant reminder of why this place is so special.
