My career began in Europe, where I worked in the fast-paced downtown market of a major metropolitan city right out of college. With a background in surveyor school and formal sales training, I built a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of property, valuation, and negotiation. I spent several years in luxury-dining hospitality after moving to the U.S., it gave me the ability to build meaningful relationships. I later joined Compass with the Bonafede Team. Bonafede translates to “good faith” in Italian - A principle that guides how I serve my clients. We deliver a real estate experience that is strategic, seamless, and centered on our clients’ goals. I bring international real estate experience, a refined service background, and a results-driven mindset to every transaction. I focus my business in the Santa Clara and Santa Cruz markets.
