Sandie Timm brings a comprehensive and deeply rooted perspective to real estate, shaped by over a decade with The Dreyfus Group. Her background spans marketing, client development, team operations, and financial management, equipping her with a multifaceted understanding of every aspect of real estate transactions.

Having lived in Menlo Park for more than 20 years, Sandie’s local ties run deep. She and her husband raised three sons who attended Las Lomitas Schools and Menlo-Atherton High School. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Menlo Atherton High School Foundation. Her extensive involvement in the community - from serving as PTA President to roles with Foundations, Athletic Boosters, and Life Moves - has helped her build strong relationships with parents, educators, coaches, and neighbors. These connections form the foundation of her real estate practice, ensuring she is attuned to the needs and nuances of the local market.

Before joining The Dreyfus Group, she honed her business skills as a consultant at Ernst & Young, working in New Jersey, Boston, and San Francisco. She also founded and led a successful home organization and move management firm, further expanding her expertise in property and client management. Her personal and professional experiences in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco real estate markets, combined with a steadfast commitment to client success, enable Sandie to guide buyers to their ideal homes and help sellers maximize returns on their properties.
