I’m a California licensed REALTOR® with M² Realty Group, based at 50 W. Alisal St., Salinas, CA 93901. I primarily serve Monterey County, with a strong focus on the Salinas Valley and South Monterey County. While this is my home base, I’m licensed throughout California and am always willing to help clients buy or sell anywhere in the state.

I work with real people; everyday individuals and families who are working hard, paying rent, and trying to figure out how to take the next step. I have a strong passion for helping first-time buyers, especially those who may feel like homeownership is out of reach. My approach is simple: break the process down, explain the options clearly, and help create a realistic path forward.

Many of my clients aren’t looking for a “dream home” right away, they’re looking for an opportunity. I help buyers understand how to get into a home, start building equity, and use that first purchase as a stepping stone toward something bigger in the future.

Before real estate, I spent over three decades as a licensed specialty contractor. That experience gives my clients a major advantage. I know how to evaluate a home beyond the surface, spotting potential issues, estimating repair costs, and recognizing opportunities to add value.

For buyers, that means having someone who can help avoid costly surprises and identify homes with potential. For sellers, it means knowing exactly what improvements are worth doing to maximize value and what can be skipped.

I also still perform handyman work today, primarily for my real estate clients. This allows me to help sellers prepare their homes for the market and assist buyers with practical improvements after closing. From small repairs to simple upgrades, my hands-on approach helps clients save money and move forward with confidence.
