Traci has been working in the real estate industry in Las Vegas for over 25 years. She began her career working as an executive assistant/office manager for a prominent commercial real estate company with over 20 active Brokers, then promoted to Director of Operations, and several years later became a Partner. After 19 years and becoming well versed in all aspects of leasing, development, property management and real estate investment sales, she started her own Brokerage.  Starting LUSSO allows Traci to handle all her client’s commercial/residential real estate needs such as traditional purchases, sales, and property management, as well as their non-typical real estate needs.  She has found success in multiple fields (probate sales, multi family, HOA Foreclosures), and with her unique skill set coupled with her strong operations background it makes her an ideal choice for homebuyers, investors and property owners looking for an exceptional experience and ideal outcome. 

 Joining Amare’ and branching out into the Northern California market (specifically Santa Clara and Monterey counties) will allow Traci’s clients the benefit of working with the same agent in both states without sacrificing the high level of service that they have come to know and expect.
