Having lived and worked in the vibrant Peninsula region for almost two decades, Namita recognizes the numerous intangible benefits of life in the Silicon Valley, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diverse community. With a Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Master's Degree in Business Administration & Food Technology, she began her career in the public and corporate sectors. As apeople’s manager, she confidently handled and sphere-headed various Environmental Health, Safety, & Nutrition projects at various IT companies, enhancing healthy lifestyles for individuals, families, and communities.

As a part of a growing household, Namita made a decision to transition from her full-time corporate role to entrepreneurship to better balance her family's needs. She founded an event management company in the Bay Area, dedicated to creating enchanting memories at children's parties and corporate events. Early in her career, Namita developed a passion for real estate. Over 18 years, she became a successful real estate investor and property manager. As a trusted agent, Namita understands that a home is more than a physical space—it's where memories are made and lives are woven into the community's fabric.

Namita is a proud mother of a teenage son and wife to a supportive husband, both of whom she considers her best friends.
