I began my career in the IT sector, and along the way, gained diverse experience in IT trade, retail, and angel investing. Throughout these ventures, I found my true passion for real estate investment, which led me to transition into the real estate profession. Beside, I also have worked on various projects, including home expansions, ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), and remodeling. These hands-on projects have helped me strengthen my expertise. Additionally, I earned my CA General Building Contractor license to deepen my knowledge in construction and add more value to my clients. I also hold a Property Manager certification, allowing me to bring years of experience in rental management. This has enabled me to offer specialized services to individuals relocating to Silicon Valley, including corporate transferees, immigrants, and those moving for job opportunities abroad.
