As a dedicated committee member of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® (SILVAR) Legislative Committee for the joint Palo Alto and Menlo Park-Atherton Districts, she collaborates with local governments and the agent community to keep homeowners informed about important legislative changes and how they impact real estate transactions and investments. 

In her personal time, Kaitlyn treasures moments with her family and volunteers as an active Board Member on multiple PTA Boards and Partners in Education (PiE), the education foundation supporting Palo Alto Unified School District. Her rich life experiences, from growing up in Missouri to earning an engineering degree from MIT, living abroad in Tokyo and Jakarta, and raising a family in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley, have inspired her to help people find their community in her community.
