As a 4th generation native of Menlo Park, Chris Budelli has intimate knowledge of the neighborhood and years of experience living in the surrounding markets. He has great appreciation and knowledge of the peninsula which makes him an expert in matching the right owner to a property. 

His passion for real estate started from a very young age. He remembers driving over to his grandfather's apartments to sweep the staircases and collect coins from the laundry rooms. Lunch at the Dutch Goose, and endless nights playing softball at Nealon Park. 

His first project in Redwood City was a condo flip. Then a house flip, and it progressed from there. Chris wants to take his experience and knowledge and share with his clients from making an offer, to connecting them with the right people for renovations.
