As a Northern California native, Jeana Beech has always had an entrepreneurial spark—from selling lemonade and Girl Scout cookies as a kid to building a successful career in real estate. Before stepping into the industry, she ran her own cleaning business for over 20 years, where she mastered organization, attention to detail, and top-tier customer service. It was through working with real estate agents that she discovered her true passion—helping people find their place to call home.

Today, Jeana is known for building genuine relationships and going above and beyond for her clients. She specializes in beachfront properties and guiding first-time buyers, bringing a hands-on, team-oriented approach to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Jeana lives an active and vibrant life—playing tennis and paddle-boarding, teaching yoga, gardening, and giving back through local organizations. On weekends, you’ll find her baking, cheering on the Raiders or the Warriors, and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and partner.
