Through Park Lane Capital, I work with homeowners, investors, and partners to identify opportunities, structure deals, and execute transactions with precision, professionalism, and long-term value in mind. My background in finance, sales leadership, and operations has shaped a disciplined and strategic approach to real estate. 

I have been involved in large scale projects and complex transactions valued up to $300 million, working with lenders, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure execution, compliance, and successful outcomes. 

This experience allows me to approach real estate with a strong understanding of deal structure, risk management, negotiations, and high level transaction coordination. In addition to traditional real estate, I am actively focused on development and construction oriented opportunities, including property improvement, redevelopment, and value creation projects. My goal is to build long term partnerships and contribute to sophisticated real estate transactions that combine market knowledge, financial awareness, and operational excellence. 

Outside of work, I train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoy traveling.
