He specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate across two dynamic markets: Oregon’s Willamette Valley Wine Country, including Newberg and Yamhill County, and California’s Silicon Valley communities, including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Los Gatos, and Campbell.

Licensed since 2020, Matt has completed 21 real estate transactions representing more than $22.2 million in career sales volume. His real estate expertise includes luxury homes, farms, acreage properties, investment real estate, first-time home buyers, downsizing, condominiums, and 1031 exchange transactions.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Matt spent 20 years as a small business owner and 18 years working in the high-technology industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, bringing a disciplined, analytical, and strategic approach to helping clients make informed real estate decisions. His technology and business background provide valuable perspective when evaluating market opportunities, negotiating transactions, and helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate.

Outside of real estate, he has served his community as a youth baseball and basketball coach, participated on the Campbell Community Development Fact Finding Committee, and remains actively involved in his local community.
