Born and raised on the eastside of Santa Cruz, Loren brings a balance of heart and structure to every real estate transaction. She’s known for building meaningful relationships while keeping every deal organized, seamless, and successful.

A graduate of CSU Monterey Bay  with a degree in Human Communications, Loren worked her way through college debt-free and spent 12 years in hospitality including managing corporate events at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk before finding her calling in real estate. From Office Administrator to Risk Management to then Operations Manager, Loren helped close over 100 transactions a year, Loren’s deep industry experience laid the foundation for her thriving career as a Realtor.

Now a three-time “Best Realtor in Santa Cruz” award winner (2024, 2025, 2026), Loren blends her local roots, community focus, and relentless work ethic to deliver results with integrity and care.

For every home sold, she sponsors dog adoptions through the Santa Cruz SPCA—raising over $20,000 to help local “humans and hounds” find their homes.
