Candy was born and raised in Hong Kong until she was 12. She lived in the San Francisco Bay Area over the last two decades. Candy previously worked in banking, and her solid understanding of the lending process is something she shares confidently with her clients, from those buying or selling a residential property to those needing guidance with more complex transactions, such as real estate investments.

Candy brought her first home in 2012, then she recognized the power of wealth that she can build through real estate. Not only candy has natural dedication for communication, clear expectations, and customer service. She also uses her experience in real estate investments to provide her clients with the knowledge, experience, direct feedback and tools to give her clients a seamless experience when looking to buy or sell their home from a home owner and investor point of view. She is a firm believer that being transparent and always having the client's best interest is the only way to ensure a positive and rewarding experience. She’s grateful for each opportunity to be her clients’ advocate and help them build wealth through real estate. 

Candy graduated from San Francisco State University where she received a B.S. in Business Management and International Business. She also received her Master from University of Phoenix. Candy is a big believer in giving back and building a stronger community which is something her father taught her since she was a kid. Not only has she served on many non profit organizations in the past, she also strives to give back to the community.

When not working with clients, Candy loves spending time with her family and her two kids. She also loves traveling and creating memories with her loved ones.
