Therese Rose has called the Monterey Peninsula home since 1991, when she moved to the area to attend the Monterey Institute of International Studies. What began as a move for education quickly became a lasting connection to the community and lifestyle she now enjoys helping others call home.

Before entering real estate, Therese built a career as a German-to-English translator and spent seven years teaching translation at the Monterey Institute. Her background developed the qualities that define how she works with clients today: a teaching approach to best advise them so they can make the most beneficial decisions, careful communication, attention to detail, thoughtful problem-solving, and an appreciation for working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Therese began her real estate career in 2018 and today specializes in residential real estate and property management with Ocean Pacific Realty Group. She enjoys building lasting relationships with homeowners, buyers, sellers, renters, and investors and takes pride in being a dependable resource throughout the real estate process.

As part of Ocean Pacific Realty Group, Therese is backed by the collective experience, resources, and collaborative support of a full-service brokerage. This gives her clients access to expertise extending beyond traditional residential sales and property management, including investment properties, second and vacation homes, new construction, ADUs, land, commercial real estate, business opportunities, and national and international real estate resources.

Therese approaches her work with honesty, diligence, and genuine care for the people she represents. She believes good real estate service is about more than completing a transaction; it is about listening carefully, understanding each client's goals, and helping them make informed decisions with confidence. She has also been a California Notary Public since 2021.

Outside of real estate, Therese enjoys long-distance running, cycling, hiking, gardening, and playing cribbage. She volunteers with her church, continues to improve her Spanish, and maintains active status with the Monterey Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) as one of the many ways she gives back to the community. Her connection to the Monterey Peninsula extends well beyond her profession; it is the community she has chosen to call home for more than three decades.
