    After many  years of hospitality experience, I have joined my Father, Edward "Ned" Moritz, at the Menlo Park Compass office to form Moritz Group. My years of working with clients to create wonderful experiences in Hospitality settings, as well as Recreational programming, transition perfectly to bring personal attention to clients who want to buy or sell a house. 

    I have lived in California since 1979 and grew up in Menlo Park, attending both private and public schools. I am familiar with the towns and cities along the San Francisco Peninsula  and have witnessed the transformation they have experienced as the area became the world technology center. This life experience enables me t help match our clients' needs and goals with communities that best match and meet their needs. 

    By Joining my skills and experiences with those of my Father/Partner, we are able to bring a wide level of expertise about the Mid-Peninsula market. Our approach is to personalize our service to each client on each transaction.
