Peninsula Realty Partners was founded by Savannah Wieser to reflect the way she believes real estate should be practiced: through strategic thinking, rigorous execution, and a genuine commitment to serving clients with care and accountability. 

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Savannah has a lifelong understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and market dynamics that define the region. Known for her strong work ethic, market awareness, and expansive professional network, Savannah brings energy, precision, and accountability to every transaction. Her deep knowledge of the Peninsula market and constant engagement with the community allow her to stay ahead of market shifts and deliver consistently strong outcomes for her clients.

After graduating from Harvard University, Savannah began her professional career at Newmark, working on the firm’s Debt & Structured Finance team, where she focused on institutional financing and capital structures. That experience provided a foundation in underwriting, valuation, and transaction strategy, and continues to inform the analytical, disciplined approach she brings to every deal. She later began working with Berkshire Hathaway, where she has since transacted extensively throughout the Bay Area, representing both buyers and sellers across commercial and residential real estate transactions. 

Savannah’s ability to operate seamlessly across property types allows her to deliver strategic, data-driven guidance tailored to each client’s objectives. Her work has been recognized with placement in the 2022 Chairman’s Circle Gold, 2023 President’s Circle, the 2024 Leading Edge Society, and the 2025 Chairman’s Circle Gold.

Outside of real estate, Savannah leads an active and well-rounded life rooted in the same sense of curiosity and commitment she brings to her work. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing and gardening. She also volunteers with the Burlingame SPCA, where she especially enjoys spending time with the dogs as they transition through the shelter. Savannah has a deep appreciation for the community she calls home.
