Alex Armanasco is a second-generation realtor with first-hand local knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula. Raised in Pebble Beach, she attended both Santa Catalina and Stevenson schools before graduating from California State University, Long Beach, with a double major in communication and journalism. At CSULB, Alex was an active member of the Alpha Phi sorority for four years, holding several positions. She also co-founded CSULB’s televised broadcast station, which still airs on campus today. 
 
She worked in the hospitality industry at Bernardus Lodge & Spa and the Santa Lucia Preserve. During her time there, Alex was awarded for excellence two years in a row by the Monterey County Hospitality Association. 
 
Remaining in Southern California, Alex worked for Hudson Pacific Properties, a real estate investment trust, where she aided the CEO, president, and general counsel. Working in commercial development and sustainability, her duties included monitoring files for transactions upwards of $1 billion, in addition to overseeing 50+ properties located throughout Southern California, Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and Canada. 
 
In 2021, Alex and her husband decided to return to the Monterey Peninsula, where she joined Sotheby’s International Realty and began to pursue her passion for selling residential real estate. Her attributes of thoroughness, dedication to her clients, and local knowledge of the area have all contributed to her success. She was awarded 'Rookie of the Year' by Sotheby's International Realty – Carmel Brokerage and named one of the 'Best New Agents' by the Monterey County Herald the same year. 
 
Alex is an accomplished equestrienne, having ridden horses at the Pebble Beach Equestrian Center and other stables throughout the peninsula from an early age. Her love of animals extends to her two golden retriever mix dogs and two Persian cats.
