When Ben Gibbs purchased his first condo in El Cerrito, he knew he had found his calling in real estate. After becoming deeply involved in his community and serving as President of his Homeowners Association, Ben developed a passion for understanding how housing markets work and how homeownership can transform people's lives.

Ben built his foundation in client care through a diverse professional background. He spent 4½ years as a massage therapist at a high-end day spa, where he developed a deep understanding of hospitality, client service, and attentive listening. Ben established himself as agent on a team, he cut his teeth with Eddie O’ Sullivan and Elevation Real Estate. He later spent 4½ years working in new construction condominium sales with Polaris Pacific, where he gained extensive experience guiding buyers through the complexities of purchasing new development homes in the Bay Area. With additional experience in information technology, hospitality, and design centers, Ben brings a unique mix of technical understanding, relationship-building skills, and market insight to his real estate clients.

A Northern California native who has lived in the Bay Area for over four decades, Ben has an insider's understanding of the region’s neighborhoods, lifestyle, and housing trends.
