Natalie Kalani Britton is a Monterey native and seasoned Real Estate Advisor with nearly 20 years of experience across the West Coast. A Cal State Monterey Bay Magna Cum Laude graduate in Behavioral Science, she blends the psychology of business with skilled sales strategy and is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Monterey College of Law.

Natalie began her career in Carmel by the Sea, expanded her expertise in sales, marketing, and acquisitions with a residential developer in the Portland and Seattle markets, then returned home to lead brokerage operations, transaction coordination, and client service with Sotheby’s International Realty. She later served as Vice President for a local property management firm, building and integrating a sales team while supporting a portfolio of roughly 500 properties, before rejoining Sotheby’s in 2023.

Known for strong negotiation, local market insight, and straightforward guidance, Natalie serves clients throughout the Monterey Peninsula, including Carmel, Pebble Beach, Big Sur, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Monterey, and Seaside. Outside of real estate, she enjoys an active lifestyle and is a proud aunt to eight nieces and nephews.
