As a licensed Real Estate Broker and Loan Officer, I make it a priority to stay on top of real estate trends and interest rates. 

It is very normal for a market to change dramatically from one day to the next, with the seller's market, changing to a buyer's market, or vice versa,  for example. 

Interest rates have been normalizing now in 2023, as the interest rates we saw from 2020-2022, were very low and attractive, but unfortunately not everyone could take advantage of them, due to many listings were receiving multiple offers and some offers were in the tens to thousands over list price. 

From end of March of 2022 to end of 2023,  we saw some much higher interest rates, making it impossible for some buyers to stay pre approved, as the higher interest rates pushed them off to the sidelines. 

I work with sellers, investors and first time buyers.

I consult with sellers on what repairs or updates will bring in most value and return on investment, what colors are trending, and I use data to consult on proper pricing to get the seller, the highest and best value in the quickest amount of time. 

Because I have been self employed since 2004. I understand the importance of getting results, the value of relationships and truly value and appreciate the trust my clients place in me. 

While selling and buying can be very stressful, it does not have to be.
