Being a lifelong resident of Santa Cruz has created Krystle's strong connection to the community. Growing up in Santa Cruz gives her the local expertise needed in the local Real Estate market. Krystle attended Harbor High, Cabrillo College and Shoreline School of Cosmetology. Her interest in Real Estate came from her love of Santa Cruz and wanting to help people with their quest in what Santa Cruz’s coastal community has to offer.

Krystle possesses a powerful work ethic and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Krystle has consistently shown the clients she’s worked with, that she is passionate about the world of real estate, meeting the needs of her clients and exceeding their expectations.  Krystle has gained valuable depth and breadth in a large variety of real estate transactions. She knows a real estate transaction is complicated and stressful for you and is there to help you compete, navigate, outline options and potential outcomes so the transaction goes as smooth as possible. She’s well versed in preparing and marketing a property for sale to find the highest paying buyer as well as working with buyers to find their perfect next home at the best possible purchase price.Her passion is in meeting the needs of her clients and exceeding their expectations. She has proven her ability to work in fast paced demanding work environments that present diverse challenges, and believes that complete transparency is one of the key elements in sustaining lasting relations with her clients.

In Krystle’s free time you will find her outdoors being active with her son and fiance, at a social gathering ,dancing the night away or searching the shoreline for sea glass. She is an amazing conversationalist with friends and new acquaintances that turn into long lasting friendships and business acquaintances.
