I've been in the Mortgage/Real Estate field for the past 8 years, my experience at Direct Mortgage Lending facilitated my transition to a new position as a Manager for a Brokerage Company wherein my career reached new heights.  As Manager, I was able to take more responsibilities and deal with a customer base that presented with more complex needs including: First-Time home buyers, Homeowners owing 1+ properties and Real Estate Investors.  As the number of transactions I  completed increased, I began to notice that Many First-Time home buyers and Investors were not being communicated property through the sale or purchase of their homes by their Realtors and often times were left with many unanswered questions.  I found myself having to explain the contracts and calling their Realtors directly urging them to do a better job! It was the that I realized all my previously acquired experience could be applied in Real Estate.
