Kim brings 15+ yrs of residential real estate experience throughout Santa Cruz County and the Monterey Bay area. Having lived in Pleasure Pt, La Selva Beach & Seacliff—and raised our family in Aptos—she brings deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the communities we serve.

Known for her attention to detail and hands-on approach, Kim helps sellers determine what to improve, what to leave alone and how to best position their property. For buyers, she looks beyond the photos to identify the details, opportunities and concerns that matter.

And Now, There Are Two of Us.

After three decades in business, sales and executive leadership, Al has joined Kim full-time in real estate.

Al served as Regional VP & GM with EKC Enterprises and previously as President & CEO of E-3 Systems. His career brings experience in leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, project management and problem-solving.

Al holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Accountancy from San Diego State University. He also served nearly eight years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aircrewman & Rescue Swimmer, including service in support of Operations Desert Shield & Desert Storm.
