Summary
I was born in China and immigrated to United States of America in 1980.  After going through my primary education in San Francisco and completing my BSEE at San Jose State University, I'd worked at Applied Materials for 13 years and Nordson for 2 years before joining the world of real estate in 2011 with brokerage Maxreal in Cupertino.

Over the past 10 years, I have enjoyed immensely working with clients and helping them achieve their goals.  The biggest achievement was handling over the keys to a client who I've been working with endlessly the past 5 years and finally making his dream come true.

In my spare time, I like to engage in sports activities, hiking and photography.  My teams are the 49ers, Giants and Warriors.  The bay area not only offers some of the best sports engagements but also the diversity of culture, food, wine and weather.  It's great to be living in the Great State of California.

Being a native Californian for 40 years in the bay area and counting, I look forward to serving you and the community.
