A Julia is a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2010 and an integral Real Estate colleague to Judie Profeta, consistent top producer on the Monterey Peninsula.  During this time, Julia has helped facilitate nearly half a billion dollars in real estate sales. 

Julia entered the Real Estate profession 16 years ago as the Marketing Director of a local boutique office, Burchell House Properties utilizing her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design.  Later, Julia joined Alain Pinel Realtors as their Technology Specialist, Agent Trainer, and specialized design support to the Marketing Department.  Julia gained a deep understanding of the technology, tools and refined skills needed in the successful execution of all Real Estate activities. 

Julia lives in Pacific Grove with her husband who is a Monterey Peninsula native and small business owner.  They absolutely love living on the Monterey Peninsula and are often out walking the recreational trail along the bay or hiking in Carmel Valley and Big Sur with their Boston Terrier Rosie.  She also enjoys live music and frequently attends concerts.  Live music is where she finds her "happy place".
