Truong Pham began his professional career in 2003 as a test engineer in the tech industry. He pursued his real estate salesperson and broker licenses along the way, as he has always been interested in real estate. Many of Truong’s strong skills are analytical and collaborative, which help him assess the market and position his clients for success. In 2018, he entered the industry full-time to serve Santa Clara County.

Truong’s core values include integrity, transparency, hard work, and going above and beyond what is expected of him. He understands the importance of staging homes and beautiful landscapes when making a sale. He also holds a mortgage license and enjoys educating his clients on mortgaging and loans. Truong is bilingual in Vietnamese and English, and he loves working with people from all walks of life.

Truong has mostly resided in San Jose and Milpitas since the 1990s. In addition to real estate, he is enthusiastic about serving his community. In the past, Truong has helped the homeless by distributing food and clothing and has donated to help fight cancer and other diseases. He is also passionate about sustainable living and protecting the environment. Truong’s other interests include yoga, traveling, fast cars, the stock market, the outdoors, healthy food, philosophy, and hanging out with friends.
