Chloe is a Silicon Valley native.  Having lived in Los Gatos, Saratoga, and San Jose at various points in her life, she is intimately familiar with the area and with much of the local history.  Chloe specializes in working with older homes, and dates her love of Victorians to the "Bellringer" where she grew up in Los Gatos.  After graduating from Scripps College, Chloe returned to the Bay Area looking for a non-traditional approach to employing her degree in Writing.

Chloe became a Realtor in 2007 and started her career in Los Gatos, at Alain Pinel Realtors, a local, high-end real estate company that had been part of the Bay Area's luxury real estates sales for the past 30+ years (recently APR was purchased by Compass). In 2012 Chloe moved to Keller Williams Silicon Valley, located in Campbell, CA. She was impressed by KW's community involvement as well as specialized agent training, which kept her up to date on the market, the economy, new technology, and the newest versions of contracts.

After 14 years in the business Chloe was tired of working by herself and made her 3rd career move in December of 2021, to Keller Williams Bay Area Estates. She joined forces with long-time friend, Edith Espinola, of the Espinola Real Estate Team to work as the Buyer Specialist. Being part of a team provides greater resources to their clients because it ensures someone is always available to answer questions or show property. Plus KWBAE was back in Los Gatos and it has been wonderful to be back in her hometown.

Chloe is a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  She was a member of the leadership team of SCCAOR's Young Professional Network for many years, and worked to further the education and accomplishments of younger agents in the real estate field.
