Meet Alan Canas....
Born and raised in the San Francisco Peninsula, Alan Canas combines his intimate knowledge of local demographics with practical business skill to provide a unique and valable professional service. Through his financial and client management skills and his extensive human resource knowledge, Mr. Canas is able to provide clients with a holistic and practical approach to building internal and external real estate relationships.

Real Estate has always been a passion for Alan.  This passion has been vastly growing for the past 17 years, while building experience and knowledge of the Peninsula and San Francisco real estate market.  After the sale of a previous business, Alan began working with Cashin Company full time, which was purchased by Coldwell Banker.  After a year with Coldwell Banker, Alan was offered an opportunity to work with a select few Bay Area top producers at the prestigious Today Sotheby's International real estate office in Burlingame.  Alan quickly saw the need for getting things done.  This vision resulted in helping over four hundred families buy or sell a home since late 2008.  Performance and commitment to a client is unheard of in an industry dominated by "part-time realtors."

On a personal note, Alan Canas is active in the community in many ways, as co-founder and current President of the Peninsula Equality Network, Vice President of the Board and Young Audiences, Advisory Board of HIP Housing; participant in finding foster families for animals left homeless, and continues to foster animals at his own home.  You can learn more at canasrealty.com.
