During her 15 years at Coldwell Banker, she continuously ranked in the Top 100 and Top 1% within the Santa Clara County area. Her business is based around listening to clients’ needs and helping them make the best possible decisions. She has now joined forces with Corcoran Global Living as a Partner and launched the first Willow Glen / South Bay office. Her dedication, experience and expertise in local markets have enabled her to attain the status of being among the best of the best in real estate.

Susan was born in Orange County but grew up in the Bay Area. At a very young age, she found herself faced with many obstacles. Her self- determination helped her purchase her first home at a young age of 21. With the confidence of home ownership and the knowledge she gained over the years, she continued on the path of investing. As her passion for real estate progressed, Susan decided to go back to school to obtain her real estate license. Adding expertise in real estate to her previous education in business and design, she is able to use her own wisdom and insight to help others achieve their goals. She knows the market and the value of homes, but, most importantly, Susan knows how it feels to move from instability to the security and comfort of home ownership. And she wants to share that experience with all of her clients.

Her history in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz County has given her insight into the unique qualities of each town/city. Being an investor herself, she understands equity building and personal growth.
