My name is Mary Jo Townzen, and I'm a life-long resident of Santa Clara County. After graduating from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Business Administration - Management, I bought my first home at the age of 24 in the Burbank area of San Jose prior to the development of Santana Row.  Seven years later, my husband and I sold that home for 150% more than our purchase price.  We took the proceeds from that sale and put it towards a down payment on a larger home in Campbell where we currently reside.  Our Campbell home has appreciated 200%. 

I began my real estate career at Intero Real Estate Services in 2006 and have strived to be an expert in the areas in which I have lived and those surrounding communities in which I have been a part:  Burbank, Campbell, Cambrian Park, Willow Glen, the Rose Garden, South San Jose, and Los Gatos.  As a local resident for almost five decades, I know our local markets inside and out, including the schools, crime rates, current market prices, and sales trends.

I’m married and have three children, all of who grew up here. As a family, we have been involved in American Little League, Campbell Little League, Pop Warner, Childrens Musical Theater - San Jose, all of our three children's past and present schools, and St. Martin of Tours, our parish for over 22 years.  When I'm not working, you can find me biking the Los Gatos Creek trail, shopping at downtown Campbell's farmers' market, or frequenting one of our local coffee houses, drinking coffee and visiting with good friends.
