A 5th generation Burlingame native, Aimee Snodgrass Klarich knows a thing or two about community connections. Fascinated by the area’s nuanced architecture and history, Aimee grew up captivated by Burlingame and Hillsborough’s historic homes (Caroland and Kohl Mansion, anyone?!) It’s an obsession that has never faded- Not in four years at UC Davis, nor during a seven-year stint working with the likes of Levi’s and The Gap. Her love of her hometown and desire to help people propelled her to earn her real estate license in 2006. And the rest, as they say, is history.  

Fast forward 16 years, and Aimee still operates with the same inherent passion she had the day she started. An intuitive problem solver who’s honest, authentic, and refreshingly approachable, Aimee is the ultimate advocate. It’s no wonder her clients become family and friends. Aimee resides in Burlingame’s Easton Addition with her fire captain husband and their three school-age children. When she is not helping her clients, you can find her cheering, coaching, and managing her children’s sports teams or on her daily walks with her white Shiba Inu, Bella.
