I was born and raised here in Santa Cruz. My family has been involved in Real Estate and land development my whole life. As a kid, I remember watching foundations being poured and framing being completed at our various construction sites around town. In high school, I had an interest in music and sports. I played 4 years of varsity soccer and started a rock band with my friends. I was also fortunate enough to meet my high school sweetheart and soon to be wife, Elizabeth.

I attended San Diego State University completing a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Sociology. I returned to my hometown, got married, and we have three amazing and beautiful daughters. 

I obtained my California Real Estate Sales license in 2006. I am fortunate to have had wonderful mentors around me, especially my Broker, and Mother, Rossana Grau, and Aunt Silvana DeBernardo. Their expertise and general knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate and building in Santa Cruz County have added tremendously to my success as a Realtor.

Over the last 10 years or so I've helped many clients buy and sell property here in Santa Cruz. I'm most proud of the lasting friendships and business relationships I've created along the way. I've been able to represent buyers and sellers in all types of transactions. From short sales and bank owned property sales, to mobile homes, to million dollar homes. I've also enjoyed managing vacation rentals and monthly rental properties for my clients. I've helped investors find suitable income properties, as well as helped tenants become owners. I also continue to work as an independent contractor for relocation companies, which is a lot of fun for me, because I get to introduce people from all over the world to this great area. I'm always grateful to to live, work, play, and raise a family in my hometown of Santa Cruz.
