Cindy Han brings an extensive background in consulting and client services to the Coldwell Banker Team.  Prior to starting her real estate career a few years ago, Cindy was a VP of Client Service for one of the world’s major consulting companies, as well as leading a US-based marketing research agency’s APAC office based in Beijing.

Cindy has a passion for client services and prides herself on being a trusted advisor.  The skills she developed in the consulting industry easily transfer to real estate industry and are invaluable to her clients. This includes data analysis, which is keen to having an accurate read of the market and competition, as well as being attentive to her clients’ needs, which results in wonderful client service and five-star feedback.

As a buyer’s specialist, Cindy helps her clients analyze the local market, identify potential properties to view, target those that are most appropriate for her clients’ needs, and guide clients with offer strategies.  After getting into contract, Cindy helps her clients complete the entire transaction process every step of the way – in fact, many of her clients have become personal friends.

Cindy holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of International Management, an MS in Finance, and a BA in English Literature.

During her leisure time, she’s actively involved in a non-profit organization that she loves.  She also enjoys cooking, traveling, and taking her daughter to her tennis tournaments and watching her competes.
