Summary
There are few prouder moments in life than the day you receive the keys to your new home. I am fortunate to regularly hand families those life changing keys!
But it's not easy - I work nearly everyday and often past midnight - because every client is important to me. My promise to each of them is "I will guide you from start to finish and never hand you off to an assistant or less experienced team member."
Most of my business comes from repeat clients and their family and friends because they appreciate my experience and dedication. I have earned a brokers license so I am my own boss (most agents report to a broker) and I continue my education to keep abreast of the latest in real estate practices and laws. Being a board member of the South County Realtors Alliance for nine years, including a year as president, keeps me very involved in the real estate community. 
Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a marketing manager, so I know how to make your house stand out when it comes time to sell. I am a local; I grew up in Santa Clara County and understand why it's one of the best places in the world to live. I bought my first home here in 1990 and my seventh in 2011, so I have seen the rise and fall of real estate values and know what buyers go through.
