I've been a resident of the Bay Area for the past 50 plus years, and practice primarily in the Santa Clara County and the lower East Bay.  I grew up in Sunnyvale and know this city intimately.  I also specialize in Cupertino, Mountain View, Palo Alto, West San Jose, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Fremont and am particularly well versed in the housing markets in the Cambrian, Willow Glen, Evergreen, Berryessa, and Trade Zone areas.

I've been a Realtor since 2005, and have been involved in the housing industry since 1984. I worked with developers in making, planning and building dense housing projects, and have worked with some of the largest housing developers in California.  I am was a consultant to the California Department of Real Estate and have written a book on housing.  I am an expert in reviewing, evaluating and selling condominiums and dense housing.  I have a passion for housing. True Story...I once got to see the inside of comedian Robin William's San Francisco home before he and his family moved in, and that was only a hair less exciting than meeting the man himself.
