Following worldwide travel aimed at pinpointing and studying the most effective real estate models and best practices, Wallace spent a decade as a consultant to top-performing real estate firms across the nation and taught the techniques that improve outcomes.

Wallace has been a student of real estate since he was a child. He witnessed the power that property can have to increase wealth and improve lives when his parents’ real estate investments allowed them to retire early.
