As a fourth generation real estate professional, I take my Great Grandfather, Rick Richardson's approach to treat each client like family, going above and beyond expectations. Buying and selling real estate is about more than just the transaction, it’s about building long-lasting relationships through taking a sincere interest in helping my clients achieve their real estate dreams.

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and joined Sequoia Realty Services in July 2012 as their Vice President of Residential Real Estate. I specialize in residential sales focused primarily on the Peninsula.  I am a member of San Mateo County Association of Realtors, Top Agent Network and Redwood City Chamber of Commerce.  I actively serve on several non-profit boards including the Sequoia Awards Organization,  Miss Redwood City/San Mateo County, St. Matthias Pastoral Committee and am an active volunteer with Redwood City’s Bethlehem AD and Our Lady of Mount Carmel School.  I previously served on Redwood City’s Housing and Human Concerns Committee for six years and graduated from Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Program, Stanford’s Entrepreneurship Program (Executive Education Program), Redwood City/San Mateo County Leadership Program and Redwood City’s Partnership Academy for Community Teamwork.

My husband, Colton is a mortgage banker at Sage Financial Services in Menlo Park. We live in Redwood City along with our son, Brady. Our commitment to family, friends, the local community and our clients are our top priorities.
