I am on my third career and I love it. Over 20 years of experience in technology and higher education include working for IBM as an Account Systems Engineer in Silicon Valley. That knowledge plus previously teaching in San Jose allowed me to return to teaching at the community college level at Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College where I became Dean of Instruction Technology. These experiences have provided me with the ability to assess needs, analyze possibilities, and recommend solutions. My involvement with technology for many years also enables me to keep up with the rapid integration of technology into real estate.

Regular attendance at REALTOR courses, workshops, and seminars keeps me informed of market trends and current legal issues. My attention to detail and effective negotiating skills help ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
