Her expertise and knowledge of the real estate business and willingness to help others have made her a respected leader within the organization and the industry and also a former winner of the Intero Leadership Award.  In addition, Lana is a past recipient of the Intero Value Award, voted on by the former CEO of Intero and her mentor, Tom Tognoli, along with the Founders of the company!  This prestigious award is given out to only one agent each year within the entire company which is comprised of over 2,800 agents. Recipients must possess the highest possible levels of integrity, dedication, work ethic, client understanding, proficiency, selflessness, standards of care and a positive attitude. 

Lana is a former board member and the past President of the Intero Foundation – a non-profit organization which has raised over $6 million dollars since its inception in 2002 and benefits the children and elderly in our community.  In addition, a donation is made to the Intero Foundation on behalf of each of her clients, as a result of each closed transaction.  She is honored to be involved in such a worthy cause and to work with a company so focused on giving back. Lana is a member of Rotary International and also previously served on the Board of Directors for the Samaritan House in San Mateo County and local PTA boards. Lana also holds the distinguished  designations of Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
