A full-time licensed California real estate broker and REALTOR specializing in Santa Clara County since 2004, Tito is also a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, South County Association of Realtors, MLS Listings and Metro List MLS search organizations. Tito holds the following designations: PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certified), and CHS (Certified HAFA Specialist).

Tito is also fluent in Spanish and has developed a strong foundation in the real estate business from the multitude of sale transactions that he has successfully brought to a close which include traditional resales, probate, short sale and foreclosure sales. He makes sure that his clients receive personal and detailed attention and focuses on their purchase/selling needs while bringing them up to speed in the current real estate market. Before his successful career in real estate, Tito worked in managerial and accounts receivable positions for over ten years with direct interaction with the public. During this time, he developed and honed a strong sense of consumer oriented skills that he now tailors to each of his clients.

Tito holds a BM degree from San Jose State University and is also an active Notary Public. When not in the office, He enjoys spending time traveling with his family, working on computers, and patronizing many of Morgan Hill's excellent downtown restaurants.
