After college, I worked in the private industry for 11 years before leaving to become a full-time real estate Professional & Real Estate Investor in 2003..

I am currently president and founder of Ameriland Real Estate Inc. Founded since 2009. 
In Addition, I am currently the Head Of Acquisitions at Goodman Capital Alliance,ll and Head Of Acquisitions at TES Investments, llc. 
My main focus is in making and keeping his company reputation as result driven and customer satisfaction company.

I consider myself as an expert at Negotiations, Property Evaluation, Real Estate Investments, Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Planning, Marketing and Creative Financing. My knowledge of numbers and attention to detail, coupled with years of hands-on transaction experience, make me skilled in many areas in real estate, lending and technology.

Initially, I strictly worked as a mortgage broker and real estate sales quickly becoming the top listing and sales agent for various real estate companies (Intero, Referral Realty/Cedar Mortgage and ReMax).

Before getting involved in real estate, I earned degrees in Electronics, Computer Engineering and received the coveted Microsoft Certified System Engineering (MCSE) certification. 
While working in the private industry, I quickly was promoted to supervisory and mentorship positions.

As a real estate investor, I started investing and purchased properties on my own then I began investing with partners and while continue investing independently on real estate projects, I have bought and sold more than 550 million worth of rehab and income producing real estate. I've appeared numerous times on television providing information and sharing his real estate knowledge in a bay area news channel.
I am currently investing in commercial and residential real estate with partners.
