Monica's passion for real estate began at a very young age. Her father, a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years and in the real estate industry for nearly 40, first introduced her to the art of selling properties when she was only 5 years old. She loved going aftershool with him to preview homes for clients. She also developed a keen sense for design from her mother, whom always maintained their home pristine and beautifully decorated. Her two brothers are also licensed in real estate.
Monica's warm, yet professional, demeanor has allowed for her to maintain relationships with former clients as well as help them turn a dream into a reality. Her detailed guidance throughout each transaction, along with her knowledge of the finance side, allow for clients to understand each step and feel comfortable throughout the process.
