Kathryn Harrold began her real estate career in 1999 in Cupertino, California, where she spent over a decade working alongside top-producing agents. After a brief hiatus, she returned to the field and was recognized among the Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty Top Producers of 2025.

Known for her discretion, composure, and refined approach to presenting each home, Kathryn is a Los Gatos–based real estate advisor specializing in remote and distinctive properties across the Santa Cruz Mountains and greater Silicon Valley region.

She works with a handpicked team of top photographers, drone operators, inspectors, and stagers to represent her clients in the sale and acquisition of properties defined by privacy, land, and exceptional views. Her approach is both strategic and highly personalized, ensuring each home is presented with care and positioned to reach its highest potential.

A South Bay native since 1982, Kathryn brings a lifelong familiarity with the nuances, hidden enclaves, and unique communities that shape the region, and how each property fits within it.

Outside of real estate, Kathryn enjoys visiting local art galleries, watching Bay Area sports, and spending time with her family, especially her daughter, who is set to be married in 2027.
