Om is currently associated with Compass, Los Altos. She has more than 2 decades of real estate industry experience. Real estate has been a passion all through. Om has a good sense of architecture and construction and is familiar with structural components of homes. Om’s vision goes beyond the four walls of a home. She is very conscious about the future potential of the home, location and school district changes. She is always watching out for likely future changes impacting property values. Om openly shares her real estate knowledge that has greatly benefited her clients. During her long association with Coldwell Banker Cupertino, Om received numerous awards including International President’s Elite Top 2%, International President’s Circle and International Diamond Society Honor of Excellence for professional integrity, marketing expertise and consistently exceeding client expectations. Om has served as VP / Board member of Asian American Parents Association (AAPA). Om headed the Seminar Committee and worked with Multicultural and Press committees. She was actively involved with school districts of Cupertino.  She has been on the Advisory Board of Organization of Special Need Families (OSF), Cupertino. Om earlier worked with 5C’s (Citizen of Cupertino Cross Cultural Consortium) in the sphere of public involvement. She has worked with Public Dialogue Consortium (PDC), a public communications group involved in bridging the socio-cultural gaps through the process of public dialogue. Om is a long time Cupertino resident. Om has a proven record in leadership and as a member of Asian Youth Council, represented India at various international conferences. She is deeply involved with the local community. Om’s hobbies and passion include interior design & decoration, storytelling for children, poetry, philosophy, traveling, hiking & painting.
