If it's making suggestions on developing a basic home budget so 1st time home buyers can save and better control their finances or suggesting improvements on an investment property to maximize profitability, that's what I've done through out my career...even to introduce other licensed professionals like a painter, plumber, roofer, CPA, attorney or any other professionals that are experts in their field, I am more than willing to do so for the client.
