I have been in the real estate business for over 25 years. I was first licensed in Ohio, then California and Oregon. I bought my first property when I was almost 21 years old. I can tell you, at that age, such an important purchase seemed scary and intimidating to me - I was provided no guidance. But was I ever thrilled to be a homeowner when it was all said and done.

I consider my attention to detail, negotiation skills, and high energy level great assets. These assets are of the utmost importance in my personal transactions, as well as in all my clients' transactions. It's a joy to share my knowledge of real estate and related experiences with my clients. (I am a firm believer in the pay-it-forward theory). Whether I am working with first-time buyers or seasoned investors, each ends up very pleased. One of my clients said my middle name should be "resourceful" which brings a smile to my face. It's so rewarding to witness my clients' dreams come to fruition. What an inspiration to make positive things happen! Unquestionable integrity, high morals, and high values have been my way of life. I believe in creating a strong liaison with every client. Gaining each client's total trust is imperative in the sequential business transactions involved, both pre-sale and post-sale.
