The daughter of two real estate agents, Sarah Parsons was born to be a real estate professional. She began  her career over 31 years ago as the owner of her own real estate company. There she acted as both company owner and as a listing agent, working closely with several dedicated buyers’ agents. From there, she would go on to open two Century 21 franchises, followed by opening a RE/MAX franchise. During that time in her career she earned the prestigious “Centurion” and “Platinum” top producer awards. Both of these awards acknowledge Sarah’s accomplishments that lead her to ranking in the top 1% of Sales Professionals Nationwide.

With three generations of real estate professionals before her, you could say that real estate is in Sarah’s blood. She is a lifetime Bay Area resident and enthusiast, constantly taking advantage of all that the area provides. With decades of both personal and professional experience in the area, she is intimately knowledgeable with San Mateo, Belmont, San Carlos, Burlingame, and surrounding neighborhoods.

In addition to her vast real estate experience, (successfully closing over 575 transactions in her career) she also has background and experience in interior design as well as construction. Sarah has built 2 speculation- custom luxury homes, as well as remodeling and adding a large (1,500 sq ft) addition to an existing home. Her wealth of experience coupled with her highly tuned interpersonal skills, gives Sarah’s clients’ the advantage over other buyers and sellers to make sure they get the best deal.
